Later in his career Alan, became a board member for Casa Andina, one of the largest distributors for construction materials in southern Colombia. Passionate about product development and supply chain management, Alan and the TWCorp team have grown and positioned the Batey Sugars brand to more than 7,500 stores including some of the largest retailers, distributors, wholesalers and brokers in the United States grocery market. Alan holds a degree in Business Management with a focus in psychology from Wake Forest University along with data analytics and product innovation certifications from Wharton School of Business.

Raul is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, business development, and operations. He has a diverse international background, having worked and lived in the USA, Colombia, and Brazil, and conducted business throughout Latin America. This extensive experience has given Raul a deep understanding of the intricacies of successfully entering new markets, particularly the US market, in the areas of e-business and e-commerce. Raul is the founder of a sales outsourcing company that specializes in bottling and packaging equipment for a range of industries, including contract manufacturers in the USA. He also owns a digital marketing agency and is highly proficient in digital marketing and developing processes for delivering high-quality services to clients. Raul holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia.
